Strand Bio may collect information submitted through checkout, support requests, and email capture forms, including contact details, product interest, shipping information, and message content.

Payment data is handled by Stripe. Strand Bio does not directly store full payment card details in the application codebase.

Email capture and support notifications may be handled through the configured email provider. Messages may be used to respond to inquiries and send requested catalog updates.

The site uses browser storage for cart state and age/research-use attestation confirmation. Strand Bio uses Tracklution, Meta, and TikTok measurement tools to understand catalog visits, cart activity, checkout starts, and completed purchases. These tools may use cookies and send event details, device or browser information, and available checkout contact identifiers for measurement, matching, and advertising attribution. Tracklution processes Strand events through a Strand-owned first-party tracking subdomain and may deliver configured events to Meta. Clearing browser storage or using browser privacy controls may reset preferences or limit measurement.
