Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of research-use-only materials, Strand Bio does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Product integrity, storage conditions, and chain of custody cannot be verified after delivery.
Strand Bio is a research catalog operated by WRAITH Supplements LLC.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final after shipment. We do not accept returns for buyer remorse, ordering errors, change of mind, or products that have left the customer's possession.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getstrandbio.com. Include your order number, photos of the package and contents, and a brief description of the issue.
Resolution
After review, Strand Bio may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion for verified damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
