Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method, carrier, and destination.

Standard shipping is $8.95. Orders with a product subtotal of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Eligible first orders also receive free standard shipping. If a different shipping method or promotion is shown at checkout, the shipping cost displayed at checkout controls.

Eligible new customers receive 15% off their first standard-checkout order plus free standard shipping. Eligibility is checked using the checkout email. The offer cannot be combined with another discount, has no cash value, and applies only once per customer. The final eligible discount and shipping amount are shown before payment.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Strand Bio is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, operational delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getstrandbio.com. Include the order number, photos of the package and contents, and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
