Due to the nature of catalog materials, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported to support@getstrandbio.com within a reasonable window after delivery.

Case-by-case review

Refunds, replacements, or credits are reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic and may depend on order status, item condition, and available information.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment when possible. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be available.
